Where We Ship
Reya Organics currently ships within the United States.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Time & Cost
- Estimated delivery: 5-8 business days after processing.
- 1 Pouch: a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
- 3 Pouches & 5 Pouches: FREE shipping.
Total estimated time from order to doorstep is typically 6-10 business days. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll always do our best to help, email support@reyaorganics.com.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with household members and neighbors, then contact us. If a package is genuinely lost or significantly delayed, email support@reyaorganics.com and we'll help resolve it.
