Refund & Return Policy

We want you to feel good about trying Reya. Here is exactly what you get, in plain terms.
90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Your first order of any Reya product is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, whether you bought it as a one-time purchase or on subscription.
- Email hi@reyaorganics.com within 90 days of delivery and we will refund what you paid for the product.
- You do not need to return anything. Opened or unopened, keep the pouch.
- The refund covers the product price. Original shipping and any optional shipping protection are not refunded.
- One guarantee claim per person or household.
Orders after your first
Repeat orders and subscription renewals are not covered by the money-back guarantee, but you are never stuck with one:
- Before it ships: skip or cancel any time before your renewal date and you will not be charged. See our Subscription Policy.
- After it arrives: if the item is unopened, email us within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization. Return shipping is at your cost, and we refund the product price less the restocking fee below.
Cancelling an order before it ships
Email hi@reyaorganics.com within 6 hours of ordering. If it has not been dispatched yet, we cancel it and refund you in full, with no fee.
Once your order has shipped
After dispatch we can no longer stop the parcel, but you still have options:
- If it is your first order, use the 90-day guarantee above. Full refund, no return, no fee.
- Otherwise, return unopened items within 30 days for a refund of the product price less a $5.00 restocking fee. Return shipping is at your cost. Email us first for a return authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
The $5.00 restocking fee applies only to orders that have already shipped and are being returned. It is never charged for cancelling an order before dispatch, and never for cancelling a subscription.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email hi@reyaorganics.com with a photo and we will replace it at no cost, with no return needed. This applies to every order, not just your first.
Cancelling a subscription
Always free, any time, with no fee and no minimum. Cancel or skip before your next billing date through your account, the link in any subscription email, or by emailing hi@reyaorganics.com.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank typically takes 5-10 business days to post it.
