These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of reyaorganics.com and your purchase of products from Reya Organics, a brand of Reya Organics LLC ("Reya Organics," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Website Use & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or purchase products. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Products Sold for Personal Use Only
Our products are sold for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to resell, redistribute, or export our products. Quantities may be limited at our discretion.
3. Account & Conduct
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
4. Product Information, Pricing & Accuracy
We work to keep product descriptions, images, and pricing accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change product information and prices at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel or refuse the order.
5. Orders, Payment & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it, including after payment has been authorized. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including taxes and any shipping fees. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and issue a refund.
6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions are optional and opt-in. If you enroll in "Subscribe & Save," you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis (every 30 days) until you cancel. We send a reminder before each renewal. You may pause, skip, or cancel at any time before your next billing date through your account, the link in your subscription emails, or by emailing support@reyaorganics.com. 7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.
8. Returns, Refunds & 90-Day Guarantee
Your purchase is backed by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, described in our Refund Policy. Please review it for how to request a refund and applicable fair-use limits.
9. Health & Supplement Disclaimer
Reya Organics products are dietary supplements, not drugs. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Information on the Site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. 10. Testimonials, Reviews & Submissions
Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same results. By submitting a review, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business, and you confirm your submission is truthful and your own.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Reya Organics name, logos, text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reya Organics and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
15. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully, it affects your legal rights. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. You and Reya Organics waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. Arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration provider such as the American Arbitration Association under its consumer rules, and may take place in the State of Wyoming or by remote proceedings.
30-Day Opt-Out: you may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@reyaorganics.com within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, order number, and intent to opt out.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reya Organics and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
18. Electronic Communications
By using the Site or providing your contact details, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (email, text where opted in, and Site notices), and you agree that such communications satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.
20. Assignment, Severability & Waiver
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
21. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reya Organics regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
