Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Reya Organics offers an optional "Subscribe & Save" program so you never run out of your daily ritual. Subscriptions are always opt-in, you are never enrolled automatically, and you can choose a one-time purchase instead at any time.

How Subscriptions Work

When you choose "Subscribe & Save" at checkout, you'll receive your selected pack at a recurring 20% discount.
Billing frequency: your card is charged and a new order ships on a schedule matched to your pack size, so you are not sent more than you use. The 1-pouch pack renews every month (a 30-day supply) and the 2-pouch pack renews every 2 months (a 60-day supply). Your exact renewal frequency is shown before you confirm your order and in your confirmation email.
Billing continues on that schedule until you cancel.
You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal so there are no surprises.
Your subscription price is shown clearly before you confirm your order.

Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription

You are in full control. You can pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling a subscription is always free, there are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel or skip before your next scheduled billing date. Changes take effect on your next order. Orders that have already been billed and shipped follow our Refund Policy.
