Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Reya Organics offers an optional "Subscribe & Save" program so you never run out of your daily ritual. Subscriptions are always opt-in, you are never enrolled automatically, and you can choose a one-time purchase instead at any time.
How Subscriptions Work
- When you choose "Subscribe & Save" at checkout, you'll receive your selected pack at a recurring discount.
- Billing frequency: your card is charged and a new order ships every 30 days (based on the plan you select), until you cancel.
- You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal so there are no surprises.
- Your subscription price is shown clearly before you confirm your order.
Managing or Cancelling Your Subscription
You are in full control. You can pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time, there are no fees and no long-term commitment.
- Use the self-service link in any subscription email, or log in to your account, to manage your plan directly (powered by Loop).
- Or simply email support@reyaorganics.com and we'll take care of it for you.
To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel or skip before your next scheduled billing date. Changes take effect on your next order, orders that have already been billed or shipped follow our Refund Policy and 90-day guarantee.
Price Changes
If we ever change subscription pricing, we'll notify active subscribers by email in advance, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
